Haskellパッケージをインストールするときcygwinがconfig.guessを認識しない

Windows 10 64ビットにHaskellパッケージをインストールしようとしています。私はx64アーキテクチャ用にcygwinをインストールしました。後でインストールした automake-1.15 cygwinのセットアップファイルを使う。最新版をダウンロードしました config.guess そして config.sub ファイルを automake-1.15 ディレクトリ。しかし、私はまだHaskellパッケージをうまく設定することができません。

AutomakeとAutoconfをインストールします（全てのバージョンを推奨）。念のためautomake-1.15を再インストールしてください。

走る前に configure 走る autoreconf -ifv。これにより、ソースツリーに最新のconfig.guessがインストールされます。
