わかりましたので、なぜユーザー削除がすり抜けてしまうのかを調べました。delete_userはedit_userとは少し異なる方法で処理されているようです。これを回避するためにmap_meta_capメソッドを変更しました。3.0.3でテストしましたが、これにより、管理者以外の誰もが実際に管理者を削除、編集、または作成できなくなります。
