印刷サービスは利用できません

この質問になじみがある場合は申し訳ありません。Google検索で提案された解決策を試しましたが、機能しないか、技術的すぎます。

数日前にカップをめちゃくちゃにしたので、その方法と理由を正確に思い出せませんが、カップファイルをいくつか削除してしまいました。

ソフトウェアセンターを介してターミナルを使用して、何度かcupsをアンインストールおよび再インストールしましたが、cups-daemonも再インストールしましたが、何も変わりません。

今、私のローカルプリンターは動作しません。「印刷サービスを利用できません。このコンピューターでサービスを開始するか、別のサーバーに接続してください」というメッセージが表示されます。「サービスの開始」ボタンは「グレーアウト」されています

ターミナルからサービスを再起動しようとしました

シェルが応答するもの：

cups stop/waiting

そして、シェルは何かが起こるのを「待っている」かのように何も起こりません。プロンプトを戻すには、ctrl-cを実行する必要があります。
