Redshiftで特定の温度を設定するにはどうすればよいですか？

Ubuntuに切り替えたばかりで、Windowsではf.luxを使用していました。温度を一定の時間に設定し、そのままにしておくことができました。まったく変化しません。

今、Redshiftをインストールしましたが、もうできません。誰か助けてください。

コマンドラインから色温度を永続的に設定できます：
開く（gnome-）terminal、コマンドを入力します：

redshift -O <temperature>

を押す Return

（たとえば）3700に設定するには：

redshift -O 3700

「ニュートラル」にリセットするには：

redshift -x

その場合redshift-gtk、@ Jacobのメソッドは機能しません。

Redshift GTK（およびnormal redshift）は、実行方法を指定するオプションを使用して実行できます。

 redshift-gtk -l 52.6:1.6 -t 5700:3500 -g 0.82 -m randr -v

上記のコマンドでは、次のコマンドが使用されます。

• -lあなたの場所の大まかな座標を指定するので、日の出/日の入りと同期できます。通常、redshift-gtkは位置を検索しようとしますが、コンピューターがGPSを使用していない限り機能しないため、マッピングサービスを使用して位置の概算を提供する（OpenStreetMapなど）
• -t昼と夜のそれぞれに、画面の色温度を設定します。
• -g 適用するガンマ補正を設定します
• -m使用するメソッド。これはおそらくデスクトップコンポジターに依存します。
• -bさらにまた、（画面の明るさを設定するために使用することができるDAY:NIGHTとの間の値で、.1＆1。

これは、アイコンと一緒に実行されるため、ターミナルに切り替えるとオフにできることを除いてredshift、ほぼ同じように機能します（そして、とほぼ同じオプションを使用しますman redshift）。ターミナル、デスクトップコマンドランチャー（通常はAlt+ F2）で上記のコマンドを実行するか、ランチャーを作成することもできます。

それ以外の場合は、@ Mahmudul Hasan Shohagの回答のように構成ファイルを使用した方が良い場合があります。
