Apt-Get Update：取得に失敗しました。どのソースにも接続できません

「apt-get update：fetch to fetch」という質問がたくさんあることに気づきました（見つけることができたものすべてを読みました）が、私の現在の状況は12.04に固有であり、すべてのソースに影響します。ランチパッドだけではありません。さらに、ヨーロッパとアメリカのいくつかの異なるサーバーと「メインサーバー」（どこでも）を試してみましたが、すべて同じ結果が得られました。ソフトウェアソースに接続できません。

さらに、今朝実行した11.10-> 12.04からのアップグレードが問題の原因であることはかなり確信しています。

Update Managerからの更新は正常に機能し、問題なく（ソフトウェア）からいくつかのもの（つぶやき）をダウンロードできました。これにより、Ubuntuサーバーの一部のサブセット（ただし、その他のUbuntuサーバーなど）に接続できると思います。一部の正規サーバーは「接続不可」としてリストされています）。

はい、ネームサーバーの更新は機能します。機能する場合は、おそらくIP設定を静的に更新しているため、サーバーはURLを解決できません。
