ディスクの管理とWindowsエクスプローラーに異なる割り当てサイズが表示される

メインブートキャンプのNTFSパーティションから50GBを縮小しました。再起動後、WindowsエクスプローラーにドライブCの合計サイズが90GBであることが表示されますが、Windowsのディスク管理ツール（およびEaseUS Partition Manager）には引き続き140GBが表示されます（未割り当ての領域はありません）。

50GBを戻すにはどうすればよいですか？

ディスク0は500GBである必要があります。

パラメータが正しくありません。

パーティション4はC：としてマウントされていますが、90 GBのみです。

TotalCommanderも合計90GBを表示します。

運が悪いのに、chkdskとEaseUSのエラーチェックを使用しました。

「＃」はもちろん、ボリュームリストに表示される影響を受けるボリュームを表します。
