最終的な解決策は、PDF Creatorの「アクション」機能を使用して、PDF Creatorによって生成されたポストスクリプトに上記のポストスクリプト行を追加することでした。(保存前のアクション)

PDFCreatorドキュメントビューの設定 -これに似たスクリプトがPdfCreatorに含まれていたようです。
