Word：ページの最初の段落のインデントを防止する

Microsoft Wordでは、各段落の最初の行をインデントするように設定しました。ヘッダーの後の最初の段落である段落ではこれを防ぎ、ページの最初の段落である段落では防ぎます。

例えば：

ヘッダーの後の段落のインデントを削除するのは手動で行うことができます。これらはあまり変更されないからです。しかし、新しいページのインデントを削除するのははるかに面倒です。編集するたびにページの構造が変わり、段落が前後のページに移動することがあります。

それで、それが前に部分的な段落がないページの最初の完全な段落であることに偶然に特別なフォーマットを適用するようにWordを構成する方法がありますか？
