Ubuntuは最新バージョンのアップグレードに失敗しました

私はUbuntu OSが初めてです。バージョン14.04から16.04にアップグレードしようとしています。しかし、最新版をアップグレードすることはできません。

以下はアップグレード中にメッセージが表示されたので、sources.listに変更を加えました。 http://repogen.simplylinux.ch 。

Could not calculate the upgrade 

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu

しかしsources.listファイルは正しく更新されていません。ファイルは次のようになります。
