iOS5外観APIを使用してUINavigationBarでタイトルのフォントと色を設定する方法

複数のView Controllerがあり、すべてのフォントの色を赤に設定したい。

 [[UINavigationBar appearance] setFont:[UIFont boldSystemFontOfSize:12.0]];

が認識できないセレクタエラーをスローしています。

iOS 7以降向けに編集

UITextAttributesは、iOS 7として非推奨になりました。以下を使用できます。
