Windows 7 64ビットでプラグイン「処理」をロードできませんでした

スタンドアロンインストーラーとOSgeo4wインストーラーの両方を使用してQGIS（2.0.1-Dufour Dufour、d94c044）をインストールしましたが、処理プラグインに問題があるようです。最初はpythonパスの問題があると思っていましたが、今ではすべてが正しくインストールされているのだろうかと考えています。ライブラリの場所がわからないので、この問題のデバッグに協力してください。
